NATIONAL STORY TELLING WEEK
We will be marking the importance of National Storytelling Week by inviting 2 fantastic characters into our school. On Monday, we will be entertained and led by Rogan Mills who has visited our school once before. He will come and lead workshops with each year group in order to inspire our children to write a story. We will also be welcoming Mis’Oshi, a Kenyan storyteller who will mesmerise the children using music, dance and wonderful stories from different cultures. We hope the children will thoroughly enjoy these guests and make it a week to remember.

WALKING BUS
Just to remind you that the Walking Bus is available every day and is currently very healthily attended. Children seem to be enjoying the social life it offers each morning. A member of staff (usually Mr Shields or Miss Tallis) will arrive at Spar at approximately 8.25am and leave promptly at 8.30am for school. If you wish your child to join ‘the bus’, please inform Mr Shields.
