At Euxton Primrose Hill, we want every child to feel safe, happy, valued and ready to learn.
Our Approach
We believe that positive behaviour is built on strong relationships, clear expectations and consistency. We teach children how to behave, model positive choices and celebrate the ways in which children demonstrate our CARE values.
We recognise that children make mistakes and sometimes need support to manage their emotions and behaviour. When this happens, we respond calmly and fairly, helping children to understand the impact of their choices, repair relationships and make positive changes.
We have high expectations for all our pupils and work closely with families to support children to be successful.

Celebrating positive behaviour
We love to recognise children who demonstrate our CARE values and make positive choices. Children are celebrated through praise, stickers, certificates, merit awards, team points and special CARE recognition.
When behaviour isn't right
Sometimes children need additional reminders or support when their behaviour does not meet our expectations. We respond proportionately and consistently, giving children opportunities to reflect, repair relationships and make better choices. For more significant or repeated concerns, we work closely with parents and may put additional support in place.

We recognise that some children may need additional support or reasonable adjustments to help them meet our expectations. We work with children and families to understand individual needs and provide appropriate support.
