Science – we loved planting in Elm Class

As part of our topic on living things and their habitats , Elm Class have been busy planting a wide range of plants to see if they will grow.

First we looked at the different seeds we had and we realised that some of the seeds would grow into things that we could eat !

The seeds were all different sizes 

…. and we had to try to guess what each of the seeds would grow into.
Then it was planting time !

Our Eco Busters planted our potatoes and then we all had a go at planting a pea seed.

It was great fun .

We can’t wait for the plants to start growing . Bring on the Sunshine next week !
