Maple class find human and physical features in our school grounds

Today, Maple class helped our resident teddy, Monkey, as during Summer he loves living outside and needs a place to stay!

There are lots of human and physical features around our school grounds, so we needed to find a place that offers lots of shelter.

We looked in our woodland area and found some great places by our pond.

The children thought that some of these shelters offered protection from the wind and rain.

We then found lots of physical features on the playground. We thought the bushes offered lots of protection and the human feature of the canopy would offer shelter from the wind.

We really enjoyed our Geography lesson today.
