European languages day – Russia
Pendle Class have had lots of fun learning all about Russia today. The class had a special visitor – Mrs Kovalenko, who told us lots of interesting facts about Russia. She taught us some Russian phrases and sang the Russian alphabet. We also tried some Russian food which was a salad called Venigret with some Russian rye bread. We also enjoyed traditional Russian dance and researching facts about the country.
